Cancellation Policy

At Blossom Ride Service, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to remain fair to both our customers and our scheduling operations.

Standard Cancellations

Customers may cancel a scheduled ride by contacting us through phone, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may qualify for no cancellation charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-Day Cancellations

Same-day cancellations or last-minute cancellations may result in partial or full service charges depending on the booking arrangement and driver dispatch status.

No-Show Policy

A customer may be considered a “No-Show” if:

  • The customer cannot be reached after arrival.

  • The customer fails to appear at the agreed pickup location,

  • Excessive waiting time occurs without communication.

No-show bookings may be charged the full trip amount.

Flight Delays & Airport Pickups

For airport transportation, we monitor flight arrivals whenever flight information is provided at the time of booking.

  • Delayed flights are generally accommodated when possible.

  • Customers should notify us immediately of major schedule changes.

Refunds

Eligible refunds, when approved, may take several business days to process, depending on the payment method used.

Booking Modifications

Customers may request ride modifications, including:

  • Pickup time changes

  • Location adjustments

  • Passenger updates

Modification requests are subject to availability.
